Woke up this morning and it’s cold out. My jeans are in a pile next to the bed, right where I left them. I slide into them and sniff that tee I wore yesterday to make sure it doesn’t reek…it’ll do – socks, check. All I need now is the centerpiece, my favorite flannel, and I’m good to go. It’s not where I left it. I look everywhere twice – no luck. “Where the hell is my…Ahhh.” I spot my girl curled up on the couch, my flannel sliding off her shoulder. She looks over and says “You mind?” “Nah, you got it,” but of course I mind…but damn, she looks so good in it. That’s love.
