Harsky x Nice Kicks Capsule Collection

While he might not be an avid collector, Robb Harskamp‘s love of basketball fuels his passion for sneakers. So it only made sense that the new Austin resident connected with Nice Kicks for his inaugural SXSW experience. Together, the two have collaborated on The Takeover, an art exhibit and capsule collection that includes limited edition t-shirts, pins, koozies and stickers.

“The mid-’80s through mid-’90s were huge when I think about basketball shoes and culture,” says Harskamp. “That’s where the ideas for The Takeover came from. It truly was a collaborative effort between Nice Kicks and myself as far as picking which shoes to feature, and what sort of pieces we could do for the event.”
